However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. Hi, Geo, we've been waiting for your input at Talk:Abdul Rauf Aliza. Maybe the ping didn't work. We have been trying to sort out who was who. You argued strongly, based on chronology, that the former governor was a different person from the Guantanamo detainee recently killed by a drone strike, and that normally reliable sources have conflated them in error. So the current debate is whether there is enough biographical information about the former governor to base an article on, or whether it should be deleted. Based on the discussion at that page so far, I have deleted "governor" from the Abdul Rauf Aliza page, and I have redirected the "Isis recruiter' and "militant commander" pages to Abdul Rauf Aliza. If you believe we can clearly distinguish these as different people, and that we either have enough material to make a sourced article about each of them, or insufficient material so that they should be deleted rather than redirected, please chime in at that page. At this point we have four articles with massive overlap and probable conflation, and IMO that can't continue. Thanks. --MelanieN (talk) 20:14, 15 February 2015 (UTC)
