editWelcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Comparison of Japanese and Korean, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to materialâsuch as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiencesâfor which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. âLaundryPizza03 (dcÌ) 07:26, 1 April 2022 (UTC)

editWelcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. I am glad to see that you are discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, talk pages (including user talk pages) such as Talk:Two-nation theory are for discussion related to improving the article in specific ways based on reliable sources and Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. They are not for general discussion about the article topic or unrelated topics, or statements based on your thoughts or feelings. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. Thank you. Kautilya3 (talk) 11:53, 13 May 2022 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Tkbrett. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, I Got You Babe, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Tkbrett (â) 12:20, 13 July 2022 (UTC)

editThank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. In your recent edit to Common Sense, you added links to an article which did not add content or meaning, or repeated the same link several times throughout the article. Please see Wikipedia's guideline on links to avoid overlinking. Thank you. Loafiewa (talk) 18:39, 9 November 2022 (UTC)
Please do not use styles that are nonstandard, unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Common Sense. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Please do not add links that are not necessary, as outlined by MOS:OVERLINK. Loafiewa (talk) 18:53, 9 November 2022 (UTC)
- What's going on? I'm linking to things that are mentioned in the article, such as Protestant beliefs. The lede talks about how Paine sought to connect the cause of American independence with Protestant beliefs and the creation of a distinct American identity, so it would be reasonable to link to articles about what Protestant believe and the American culture that since developed. How is it overlinking to direct readers towards things that are mentioned in the article? - 87.58.119.203 (talk) 19:03, 9 November 2022 (UTC)

editWelcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in White slave propaganda, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. âŻâŹâ©InterestGather (talk) 07:39, 5 April 2023 (UTC)

editHello, I'm TriskySeskel. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, California exodus, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. TriskySeskel (talk) 14:36, 23 May 2023 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
