This is a comment, not a review, but it's probably even less interesting than the first hook since Rumsfeld may not be a name familiar to most non-Americans. @Theleekycauldron: Alt2 actually sounds interesting, but suffers from the fact the article mentions he was near the top and not at THE top. Onegreatjoke (talk) 20:19, 24 September 2023 (UTC)
