Speedy deletion is being contested
editContesting speedy deletion. If you bothered to read the article, and click on the links, you would see the man was a major businessman, who founded two towns, and in whose name a library was donated. Indeed, a Michigan historical marker shows the state thinks he is important. There is a link to the marker and its text in the article.
Apparently nobody bothered to read the article or look at the internal links.
If you don't think that's important enough, than like beauty, importance is in the eye of the beholder. At that point, I have nothing to say. That will then teach me not to open up articles. Best regards. 7&6=thirteen (talk) 20:10, 2 February 2008 (UTC)Stan
