What IS it?

edit

Okay, I'm probably ignorant here, but as a newcomer to this article I have no idea what the scam IS. It just talks about who was charged and such, what IS the scam? Was there money missing? How much? What or who got scammed? This article needs a lot of attention. 172.193.178.190 07:09, 30 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

+1 on the article needing cleanup and attention. A lot of names are thrown around without any mention of who those people are. Plus, there seem to be various opinions mixed in between the facts. Udittmer (talk) 18:42, 22 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

+1 here too. The article is written quite badly, with preassumption that Lalu (whoever he is) is more famous than Thomas Alpha Edison. 202.145.1.8 (talk) 17:54, 18 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

It certainly needed some work. I've cleaned it up a bit and added facts and references, so it is comprehensible to someone that isn't steeped in this stuff. Modifications continue. --Hunnjazal (talk) 02:29, 2 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

rename

edit

I suggest to rename the article Bihar fodder scam. Only Fodder Scam do not suggest much and confusing. Also "S" in scam not needed capital. What is your suggestions? -Nizil (talk) 19:47, 5 October 2013 (UTC) Nizil (talk) 19:47, 5 October 2013 (UTC)Reply
