The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

RIP Christopher Doyle Orwell who died on 21 August 2023 [1]

DOYLE, Christopher (Churchtown, Dublin) (Office of the Attorney General), 21st August 2023, suddenly but peacefully, at home. Predeceased by his parents Desmond Doyle and Nancy (née Gaffney). He will be very much missed by his sisters Clare and Ruth, brother John, sister-in-law Karen, brother-in-law Gian, niece Róisín, nephews James, Conor and Cameron, aunts Dolores and Sally, by many cousins on both sides of the Atlantic and by his friends and colleagues. Christopher will be reposing on Sunday afternoon from 2pm-4pm at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, 100 Terenure Road North. Funeral service will take place on Monday, 4th September, at 10am in Zion Parish Church, Rathgar, followed by a cremation service at 11.30am in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross.
