This page should not be speedily deleted because WP:G4 prohibits re-creation of deleted material, and only applies to sufficiently identical copies, having any title, of a page deleted via its most recent deletion discussion, not topics. It excludes pages that are not substantially identical to the deleted version, pages to which the reason for the deletion no longer applies. The newly created version is completely different from the previous one which was generated and deleted in 2014, only one year after the inception of its international contest Miss Grand International, due to lacking coverage and the notability at that time.
