Hi there, I'm the person who put the multiple issues tag on the article. Please don't be offended! For all I know, Jamil Ali could be notable, but I don't have much knowledge in this area so I can't say for sure. The best thing to do is to add some reliable third-party sources to the article to show why he is notable. See Wikipedia:Notability for details.
