Date of death
editThree sources with three completely different dates, which is bizarre:
Any idea which is correct? GiantSnowman 10:30, 18 January 2019 (UTC)
- The records show 1965 https://www.genesreunited.co.uk/search/results?sourcecategory=birthsutf002c%20marriages%20utf0026%20deaths&collection=civil%20deaths%20utf0026%20burials&firstname=hugh&firstname_variants=true&lastname=mclaren®ion=great%20britain&datasetname=england%2B%2526%2Bwales%2Bdeaths%2B1837-2007&page=1--Jopal22 (talk) 10:52, 18 January 2019 (UTC)
- In Hugman, the 2005 paper version, you can find 1988. This could explain this [1] Hugman was probably right when he corrected his DoD, there doesn't appear to be a death record of a Hugh McLaren in England (1926-1988) or (1926-1963), but there is one for Hugh McLaren (1926-1965). Derby County a complete record 1884-1988, confirms 8 December 1965 (page 87), Hugh McLaren ,died 8 December 1965, left a will [2] Cattivi (talk) 13:01, 18 January 2019 (UTC)
