Minnesota flag submission F1435 - minor alterations

Proposal F1435, which was one of the six finalists from last year's competition to design a new state flag for Minnesota.

Request: This is a cobbled together coat of arms from various SVG elements. Everything is correct and in the right place(ish), it could just do with a tidy-up by someone more proficient than I am, especially with regards the text along the bottom. The blue cross in the centre ought really be a bit wider and the fleur de lis wider and larger as a result to maintain proportions. If anyone is able to clean it up, I'd be hugely grateful. @J. Dann I saw the answers in the Help desk, I am disappointed but I respect those opinions. Instead of overwriting I will submit a request to the administrators to change the file names. I would like to change the name of the old flag to "Incorrect Flag of Formosa 1895" first, and your file to "Flag of Formosa 1895". I do not know if it is possible to give a name used earlier somewhere else, if not I will try with the name "Flag of the Republic of Formosa (1895) - obverse". Request: Can someone please create Diagrams of highway signs of Nepal from NH22 to NH80?

Here are some instructions on how to create these Diagrams:- Shape= rectangular (round corner), Frame=white, Background= Dark green, Text= white, Nepali font style=Preeti ttf/milan ttf, English font style=UK Transport heavy/ UK Transport medium.

The Nepali text should be placed up and English text should be down and Nepali font should be 17% larger than the English text.
