Welcome to the Teahouse!
Hi Riley! Thank you for signing up to be a future host at the Teahouse. Well, great news - the future is here, we'd love you to be a Teahouse host! Teahouse hosts do more than just ask questions - they invite new users to the Teahouse!. A few things we'd love to see you do as a Teahouse host:
- First, declare your Hostness! Add yourself to the Host page! This page is where new editors and your fellow hosts can learn about you and get in touch with you easily if needed. By signing up here you declare that you know how to serve up a great cup of tea. Add yourself here.
- Invite new users with our invite guide. Please invite new users to the Teahouse! You don't have to track your invites, but, at the guide you'll find some tips on how to invite. It's super important; we have plenty of Wikipedians answering questions, but enough asking.
- Visit the tips page. The tips page provides you some basic tips on how to engage with visitors at the Teahouse. We have a special way of doing things - unlike other areas of Wikipedia! (Such as greeting new editors with a simple "Hi!" and being as easy to understand and friendly as possible.)
- Join the conversation by participating on the host lounge talk pages. We also have an IRC channel now for hosts to get to know one another, develop your skills, and eventually the channel will serve as an additional help space for new editors!
- To visit the IRC channel: #wikipedia-teahouse connect (Feel free to ask me for help if you're having trouble connecting!)
I'm so happy that you volunteered to lend a hand at the Teahouse. I look forward to following your contributions and invitations, and your assistance in making the Teahouse a great and warm place for new Wikipedians. See you there :) Sarah (talk) 02:34, 22 June 2012 (UTC)

Teahouse host intro pic
Hi Riley,
Just saw your Teahouse Host intro picture. Would you consider changing the pic to something that's not a weapon? Many people are frightened by guns, and host intros (and the Teahouse in general) are supposed to project a welcoming, friendly message to new editors. I'm afraid your picture might be misinterpreted.

Request for new article review: Hello Summer, Goodbye
Hi Riley
I hope this is ok. I just added my first original article to Wikipedia and would like someone to have a look and make any comments that seem advisable. I don't think it's anything special, and I'm not angling for a featured article or good article or anything like that. I just want to know that I'm covering the bases adequately. I understand you're likely to be a pretty busy person, so you don't need to do it yourself. The request for feedback page says it's not in use, and I don't have a dispute or anything, so it seems to me I shouldn't make a request for comment either? Anyhow, if you can just point me in the right direction to get some feedback from experienced editors, I'll be happy. And thanks! David FLXD (talk) 14:50, 26 June 2012 (UTC)
PS Maybe I should mention that I didn't use the standard process to add it? (I only just found out how that works). David FLXD (talk) 11:59, 29 June 2012 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for patrolling new pages. I fail to see the point of all the tags your added to جوزيف شومبتر after reading the not-English and CSD tag and the talk page comment. - The page was indeed already marked with 'not-English' I tagged it. I also put the translation on the talk page. I can't read Arabic either, but Google Translate can... (all part and parcel of checking on new articles - easy enough). 'Nuf said. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 06:41, 1 July 2012 (UTC)

- (talk page stalker) Riley, part of reviewing new articles includes checking for duplication in the project. The article title of جوزيف شومبتر clearly translates to the existing article entitled Joseph Schumpeter. While Google Translation may be rough at times, it is a valuable tool for use in reviewing foreign-language articles on Wikipedia and in this case, clearly reveals a duplication of content. It is your responsibility to check these things when reviewing new articles. Excuses honestly won't get you very far here. Keep in mind also, that while you may not have extensive experience in patrolling new pages, saying that you are not involved is not entirely accurate, since the patrol log says differently. Please try to be more careful in the future. Kudpung is a seasoned and valuable member of Wikipedia. His guidance here can only serve to help you as you learn the policies and processes of the community. If you need help, don't hesitate to ask. Best regards, Cindy(talk to me) 10:43, 1 July 2012 (UTC)
- Hello, Cindy. I understand everything that you are saying and that it there are certain rules to be followed. I also understand that my explanations may sound "excuses" but they are not. Thank you for sharing this helpful information upon me though. I hope to work with you in the future. Thanks for what you do
Just FYI Riley, I find you a seasoned and valuable member of Wikipedia as well, though others may try to say you're not by comparison. And in the words of humans all over the world... "Relax, Accidents Happen". It distresses me to hear from someone (regardless of who it is) that "excuses honestly won't get you very far here". That seems to illustrate a remarkable lack of WP:AGF and someone might need to revisit WP:CHILL before inserting a comment into a conversation in which they were not involved. When we stop listening to explanations (apparently all of which are "excuses") then we push people away from their willingness to contribute. The bevy of unsolicited advice and advocacy (aka scolding) is one of the reasons that Wikipedia is losing editors and some people would do well to learn to write in a more supportive style. Thanks for all you do. Vertium (talk to me) 15:17, 1 July 2012 (UTC)

Inquiry on Rejection of the article MeFindCoupon
Hi! I've re-edited the draft article for review, MeFindCoupon, and tried to remove any tone of advertising and attain an encyclopedic tone but it's still rejected for the second time. Could you help me improve it by providing specific suggestions on particular parts of the article that I wrote. I've research for a similar company, Coupon Mountain, which I think could be more advertising than MeFindCoupon.
For instance, Coupon Mountain advertises itself versus its competition in the following excerpts from its article:
- Competitors & sites similar to Coupon Mountain include Coupons.com, Savings.com, Save a Chic, CouponCabin, Coupon Smarter, CouponAlbum, and RetailMeNot, which was acquired by WhaleShark Media for close to $90 million. In 2008, Coupon Mountain held 14% of total the market-share for coupon websites.
It also advertises particular partnerships with famous companies and its place in industry, as can be seen in the following:
- Through affiliate marketing partnerships with major retailers including Target, Walmart, Kohl's, HP, and Nordstrom, Coupon Mountain supplies coupon codes, printable coupons, discounts, and free shipping offers to online shoppers. In contrast to daily deal sites like Groupon or LivingSocial, Coupon Mountain's model replicates a newspaper circular that aggregates coupons and promotions from various merchants.
- In 2008, The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post listed Coupon Mountain as one of the most popular coupons and deals sources online
I've reviewed the article MeFindCoupon for several times and found primarily neutral and informative text about the company. All the sources that were cited are all verifiable. I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks! Rodwinoloresisimo (talk) 08:28, 4 July 2012 (UTC)

New nudibranch stubs
Thanks so much Riley for creating all those new nudibranch stubs! Can I ask you a favor, which is that after you put the WikiProject template on the new article talk pages, would you please go ahead and rate each article "Importance = low" if it's an article on a species?
You can put "importance = mid" if it's an article on a genus. (Family articles rate "high" on importance, and high level taxonomic articles receive "top" on importance.)
Thanks, it would be great if you could do that on the ones you already made too, otherwise one of us has to go back and put this in on each of them.
Thanks again and good wishes, Invertzoo (talk) 13:08, 6 July 2012 (UTC)

Autopatrolled
Hi Riley Huntley, just wanted to let you know that I have added the autopatrolled right to your account, as you have created numerous, valid articles. This feature will have no effect on your editing, and is simply intended to reduce the workload on new page patrollers. For more information on the patroller right, see Wikipedia:Autopatrolled. Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions. Happy editing! v/r - TP 19:29, 6 July 2012 (UTC)

Stub Errors
I have found more, this time in the accessdate. Per WP:DATESNO "June 06, 2012" is incorrect. Please remove the "0" on all of the Eudendrium genus stubs. Thanks! ⇒TAP 06:49, 7 July 2012 (UTC)

Cite function
Hi Riley,
The citation template function seems to be problematic, in that it does not appear in the editing page until several refreshes have been completed. This has happened occasionally in the past, but it seems to be far more frequent at the moment. Is this happening globally?
Soulparadox 08:10, 7 July 2012 (UTC)
- Hello, I can not confirm that it is not working globally but I am also having troubles with it. It might only appear after you bypass your cache, so please try that. If you are still having troubles, then please respond with the name of your internet browser. Cheers, Riley Huntley talk No talkback needed; I'll temporarily watch here.
Eudendrium
Hi Riley, thanks for starting the Eudendrium species articles! I added links to the Dutch Wikipedia from the existing articles. If you're planning to fill in the remaining species, then while you're at it, would you mind adding the rest of the interlanguage links yourself? Thanks, Melchoir (talk) 09:41, 7 July 2012 (UTC)
- I will, thanks for mentioning it. I will also add interlanguage links to Eudendriidae (taxonomic family) when I get a chance.Cheers, Riley Huntley talk No talkback needed; I'll temporarily watch here. 09:43, 7 July 2012 (UTC)
More Eudendrium errors
I've found more errors in the Eudendrium articles which you have been creating. Simply, you've created them without the required Category:Animals described in WXYZ category. On every article, you should replace 'WXYZ' with the year which you are putting in the taxobox. I've done all of them this time, but you need to make sure that you include that on all newer ones that you create. Thank you! ⇒TAP 09:05, 8 July 2012 (UTC)

AFT5 newsletter
Hey again all :). So, some big news, some small news, some good news, some bad news!
On the "big news" front; we've now deployed AFT5 on to 10 percent of articles, This is pretty awesome :). On the "bad news", however, it looks like we're having to stop at 10 percent until around September - there are scaling issues that make it dangerous to deploy wider. Happily, our awesome features engineering team is looking into them as we speak, and I'm optimistic that the issues will be resolved.
For both "small" and "good" news; we've got another office hours session. This one is tomorrow, at 22:00 UTC in #wikimedia-office connect - I appreciate it's a bit late for Europeans, but I wanted to juggle it so US east coasters could attend if they wanted :). Hope to see you all there!

Stub errors
I remember leaving you a note here a short time ago, which was archived here and was not responded to. The note read:
“ | I've found more errors in the Eudendrium articles which you have been creating. Simply, you've created them without the required Category:Animals described in WXYZ category. On every article, you should replace 'WXYZ' with the year which you are putting in the taxobox. However, this was not followed. The list of articles created after this note was left (about two days after) is below.
I would like them articles listed above to have the category added by yourself and would personally require you to use this formatting in all future articles which include taxonomy. Also, I have added a template to the article you recently nominated for DYK. See Template:Did you know nominations/Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue. Regards, ⇒TAP 18:23, 11 July 2012 (UTC)

- My contributions are mainly to any subject of articles which I have created over time. The majority of them are animals, and if you go back a few days in my contributions, you will find articles which I've added categories to, often always Fungi or Animals. I am almost participating every few days to this and often check Special:NewPages for stubs without categories, needed information, stub templates, etc. One other thing I am keep to have, is correct (sometimes long) taxonomy, which your articles have. I've had lots of my contributions followed, so please do not take this in any way other than improving the encyclopedia's coverage of species. Also, my interests here are in these topics, and I wish not to change them, but sometimes alternate topics for a short while. ⇒TAP 19:01, 11 July 2012 (UTC)

- Hi folks, I saw Riley's talkback on TAP's talk page, so I thought I'd comment here. WP:WIKIHOUND says "Correct use of an editor's history includes (but is not limited to) fixing unambiguous errors or violations of Wikipedia policy, or correcting related problems on multiple articles". TAP creates very large number of species stubs, so it's not unreasonable for him to have an interest in fixing or improving similar stubs created by other people (in line with the changes he was asked to make to his own stubs in the past). So in fact, the vast majority of edits he's made to articles that you also edited, were fixes he had to make himself because he asked you to do it and you ignored him. He's also an active DYK reviewer because he's an active DYK contributor. And, finally, he regularly comments on permissions requests - he's not "singling out" you or any other individual. I don't think "wikihounding" is a reasonable allegation here.
- However, a few extra points. TAP, you can't "personally require" other editors to do anything - the phrasing should be "please could you". Secondly, since you had just recently argued against Riley's request for autopatrolled, I think it would perhaps have been wiser to choose a different DYK nomination to review. Thirdly and perhaps least significantly, I don't think missing out a category is an "unambiguous error" (even if other editors may have taken that approach in the past) - it's just something that needs adding. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 10:23, 12 July 2012 (UTC)
Demiurge, he fixed all the errors a day before asking me to add the category to articles I create in the future. He may not be singling me out but he is "joining discussions on multiple pages or topics" that have nothing to do with him or do not concern him. He has even commented on a question that someone left on my talk page, which he answered completely wrong because he did not know what we were discussing.[3] I can also understand him following one of the species genus I made but to follow 3 species genuses I have made? [4] [5] [6] As Demiurge said, fixing an "unambigious error" would be appropriate but adding categories to atleast 60 of my stubs isn't. Either way it has ruined my enjoyment of creating species stubs, actually any article at the moment. Also, I archived it for a reason, meaning I did not wish to have a conversation on what you require me to do. Cheers, Riley Huntley talk No talkback needed; I'll temporarily watch here. 18:39, 12 July 2012 (UTC)
- You're misunderstanding WP:WIKIHOUND, and also blowing this way out of proportion. If you make mass additions of stubs to Wikipedia, then other editors are entirely within their rights to make corrections or additions that your mass created articles may need. They're also within their rights to request you fix or avoid problems in the future. (In this case, that request merely should've been better worded.) I suppose you could create a "talkpage stalkers not welcome" template for your talk page, but people might not always notice it anyway. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 19:42, 12 July 2012 (UTC)

Page Triage newsletter
Hey all. Some quick but important updates on what we've been up to and what's coming up next :).
The curation toolbar, our Wikimedia-supported twinkle replacement. We're going to be deploying it, along with a pile of bugfixes, to wikipedia on 9 August. After a few days to check it doesn't make anything explode or die, we'll be sticking up a big notice and sending out an additional newsletter inviting people to test it out and give us feedback :). This will be followed by two office hours sessions - one on Tuesday the 14th of August at 19:00 UTC for all us Europeans, and one on Wednesday the 15th at 23:00 UTC for the East Coasters out there :). As always, these will be held in #wikimedia-office; drop me a note if you want to know how to easily get on IRC, or if you aren't able to attend but would like the logs.
I hope to see a lot of you there; it's going to be a big day for everyone involved, I think :). I'll have more notes after the deployment! Okeyes (WMF) (talk) 20:14, 3 August 2012 (UTC)

"(Undid revision by Riley Huntley (talk): per template:one source, the tag should ONLY be added if the source is inaccurate or biased)"
Template:One source states "A single source is considered less than ideal because a single source may be inaccurate or biased" not "the tag should ONLY be added if the source is inaccurate or biased". The template document also states "This template should only be used for encyclopedic content which has a verified, cited source, but only the one source." Cheers, Riley Huntley talk No talkback needed; I'll temporarily watch here. 08:05, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
- You could say the same about everything listed here. Yes, it may be verified, but all of it is verified. Final word on this matter. :) Thine Antique Pen 08:23, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
- Just picking one from that list: Agouna could be tagged if you use the tag just because the article has one source. However, it shouldn't be used on it. Thine Antique Pen 08:29, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
- Nosing in here. I think that the tag should be based on the length of the article, not the apparent bias of the source. So, TAP, if you'd written a page based on one source, yes, it should be tagged. As it's only one or two lines, it's fine. WormTT(talk) 08:31, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
- I am saying that your revert reason was incorrect and that the edits should not have reverted. - @Worm, of course I wouldn't make them with one source at that length! :) These pages only came to my attention when I was going through User:Ramesh Ramaiah removing "copyvio chaos", as User:Yunshui called it. Riley, I advise you not to tag any articles about 2-3 lines long. The tag on Equine nasal cysts is good. Thanks. Thine Antique Pen 08:40, 3 August 2012 (UTC)

- Riley, there's quite a lot of issues with you tagging in this manner. Looking at Template:One source#Editorial usage, you will see that A single source is not automatically a problem. Good judgment and common sense should be used. It's quite clear that if only one source is needed, because only one fact has been stated, then a single source is a problem. I also have issue with the "Drive-by" nature of these tags, along with many other tags that you've placed. Have you attempted to improve the article yourself? Made a good faith attempt to find additional citations? At very least (from the same section) It is considered good form to provide a rationale in your edit summary or on the talk page of the article. The more specifically you describe your concerns, the less likely other editors are to misunderstand.
Tagging like that is what leads to this, it'd be a lot more helpful to go into the backlog and reduce one of the lists. WormTT(talk) 08:46, 3 August 2012 (UTC)- Sorry to chime in - Worm, you're not the only one who has issue with this - see below at my comments on the Björn Steiger Foundation article - tagged as "One source" - it's a stub, it only NEEDS one source. everything in the article so far is verified by that one source! :) BarkingFish 21:21, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
- No, I did not attempt to improve the articles because I prefer to only add content to articles that I have knowledge on and prefer to leave it to a user familiar with the topic. Yes, I know what backlog is and often help to reduce it. Cheers, Riley Huntley talk No talkback needed; I'll temporarily watch here. 09:48, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
Hi Riley. Thanks for keeping on top of things there - I wonder if you wouldn't mind doing me a favor please. I noticed your tag on there for {{One source}} and, although its obvious why you put it there (there is only one source), I'm wondering if you could consider changing it to indicate a primary source. At the moment, of course it's only going to have one source - it's a stub :) There's nothing else in it to reference, but I would say that a primary source tag would be appropriate, since the piece I have referenced up to now does come from a primary source (directly from the Foundation's German website, actually). Thanks for looking :D BarkingFish 12:13, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
- I understand what others are saying about cities/villages but I feel very strongly about a company/organization having more than one source. Either way, the template/s asks that you include more sources so I don't understand why I would replace the template with another template that asks the same thing. :-) -- Cheers, Riley Huntley talk No talkback needed; I'll temporarily watch here. 22:08, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
- The templates mean different though. A primary source is for like the website of the company. One source is for massive articles with only one source, which doesn't support the text fully. Thine Antique Pen (public) 22:19, 3 August 2012 (UTC)

The Tea Leaf - Issue Five
Hi! Welcome to the fifth edition of The Tea Leaf, the official newsletter of the Teahouse!
- Guest activity increased in July. Questions are up from an average of 36 per week in June to 43 per week in July, and guest profile creation has also increased. This is likely a result of the automatic invite experiments we started near the end of month, which seeks to lessen the burden on hosts and other volunteers who manually invite editors. During the last week of July, questions doubled in the Teahouse! (But don't let that deter you from inviting editors to the Teahouse, please, there are still lots of new editors who haven't found Teahouse yet.)
- More Teahouse hosts than ever. We had 12 new hosts sign up to participate at the Teahouse! We now have 35 hosts volunteering at the Teahouse. Feel free to stop by and see them all here.
- Phase two update: Host sprint. In August, the Teahouse team plans to improve the host experience by developing a simpler new-host creation process, a better way of surfacing active hosts, and a host lounge renovation. Take a look at the plan and weigh in here.
- New Teahouse guest barnstar is awarded to first recipient: Charlie Inks. Using the Teahouse barnstar designed by Heatherawalls, hosts hajatvrc and Ryan Vesey created the new Teahouse Guest Barnstar. The first recipient is Charlie Inks, for her boldness in asking questions at the Teahouse. Check out the award in action here.
- Teahouse was a hot topic at Wikimania! The Teahouse was a hot topic at Wikimania this past month, where editor retention and interface design was heavily discussed. Sarah and Jonathan presented the Teahouse during the Wikimedia Fellowships panel. Slides can be viewed here. A lunch was also held at Wikimania for Teahouse hosts.
As always, thanks for supporting the Teahouse project! Stop by and visit us today!

New Pages newsletter
Hey all :)
A couple of new things.
First, you'll note that all the project titles have now changed to the Page Curation prefix, rather than having the New Pages Feed prefix. This is because the overarching project name has changed to Page Curation; the feed is still known as New Pages Feed, and the Curation Toolbar is still the Curation Toolbar. Hopefully this will be the last namechange ;p.
On the subject of the Curation Toolbar (nice segue, Oliver!) - it's now deployed on Wikipedia. Just open up any article in the New Pages Feed and it should appear on the right.
It's still a beta version - bugs are expected - and we've got a lot more work to do. But if you see something going wrong, or a feature missing, drop me a note or post on the project talkpage and I'll be happy to help :). Thanks! Okeyes (WMF) (talk) 00:09, 10 August 2012 (UTC)

- I was coming here to post much the same thing; it appears that you're making a tremendous number of edits that don't effect anything about the text, such as this [7]. That tool looks pretty interesting... Did it make all of those edits on all those articles automatically for you (I assume by plugging in my username and then just editing articles I've been on?), or did you have to manually select the article that it fixed? Looks like an amazing, incredibly helpful tool.
Thanks!

- Ahahah, it is quite a helpful tool. I have a dual monitor system so I open AWB twice and select on queue on both. One goes through a users contributions (in this case, yours. Hope you don't mind) and the other one goes through the 500 most recently created articles. Right now I am making about 3 edits per minute (using a interval timer that sets off an alarm every 20 seconds). I use AWB semi-automated, which means I am able to review my edits before I click save, the program does all the other work though. AWB edits
Be careful with your AWB edits.
- Edits such as [9] are not allowed unless you have permission. This is labeled as a insignificant or inconsequential edit. Do not make this kind of edit with out making a substantial change elsewhere.
- You are adding duplicate tags. For Society of Irakli II, deadend and wikify tags are duplicate.
- You are not filling in all the information when adding persondata such as in this edit. Please feel out all the information.
- Remove persondata from the edit summary if you are not doing anything with the persondata tag.
- I highly suggest you turn off auto-tagging. It will irritate people. Blindly tagging without manual intervention can lead to a person being banned from AWB.
You are doing upto 10 edits a minute. This is too fast. From the problems above, it shows you are not manually looking over the edits. Go slower. You are responsible for every edit made. AWB is a manual, not automatic tool. Bgwhite (talk) 01:25, 15 August 2012 (UTC)
- is not an AWB edit.
- - I will turn off auto tagging.
- - I am aware that I am not filling in all the data, I am not required to.
- - Will do.
- - I will turn auto-tagging off. Where have I been blindly tagging?
- I only see one problem and that is tagging. In my last 500 edits, I have been doing 3 edits per minute with AWB, or at least trying to do (If I am correct). I am aware that I am responsible for my edits. I also am aware that AWB is a manual tool, I have said that in the conversation above. Thank you very much for bringing up the tagging :). -- Cheers, Riley Huntley talk No talkback needed; I'll temporarily watch here. 04:58, 15 August 2012 (UTC)
- I don't want to come of as sounding harsh or critical. It's just that I've seen way too many bad situations. AWB is a great tool and I want people to continue to use it.
- I apologize (or apologise if you use British English) about the military infobox and your rate of tagging. I was stupidly assuming every edit on contribution page was AWB as the majority was. I can read, but my brain processing the information is a different story.
- Turning off auto-tagging is unfortunately a necessary evil in the current Wikipedia climate. I wish I knew of a way to only add certain tags. The orphan and Wikify tags are the two that cause the most trouble. AWB applies the Wikify tag if there are three or less wikilinks. If the article is a small stub, there might not be enough text for three appropriate wikilinks. There are also other criteria when to apply the Wikify tag. The amount of Wikify tags has gotten so bad that they are in the process of re-defining what it means. I really don't know why some people hate the orphan tag. Some of it has to do with past misuse, but it just touches a raw nerve with alot of people.
- Persondata is there for computers to know some general information about the person with DBpedia the most famous use. This use has gotten so important that Wikipedia is starting up their own version. The project is called Wikidata. Another great advantage of Wikidata is that all the different language wiki's will use it. So, if a person dies, you only have to change it on Wikidata and it will be populated to all the different wikis that have an article about that person. Wikidata will use infoboxes, which will probably have the effect of killing off persondata for good. Wikidata isn't scheduled to be live until at least late this year. In the meantime, that data will need to be populated and if an article does not have an infobox, the data will come from persondata. So, long story short, it is important to populate all fields of persondata that you can.
- It appears you are not using the latest version of AWB. Looks like you are using the last stable release which was a year ago. The latest SVN version can be found via a link from AWB's main page or here. Most people who use AWB alot use the latest SVN version. If an editor is using a SVN version, which version will show up in the edit summary.
- In case you didn't know, great places to find things for use with AWB are: Backlogs (it has two that deals with persondata), Check Wikipedia, Fix common mistakes, List of common misspellings and TypoScan.

AWB and speedy deletion candidates
Hi there Riley Huntley, and thanks for all the work you've been doing with AWB recently. I'm sending you this note because I've seen that you have been fixing spelling and other minor changes on articles that have been tagged for speedy deletion. Is there any way you can exclude the pages in CAT:CSD from your AWB edits? It doesn't seem very productive to fix spelling etc. on all these articles only to have them deleted minutes later. (I'm not actually sure how to do this, I just thought it might be worth a try to see if you can get it working.) Best regards — Mr. Stradivarius (have a chat) 10:09, 15 August 2012 (UTC)
- I have have been running in the "New Pages" queue so that why :P! I will just join a different queue, thanks. -- Cheers, Riley Huntley talk No talkback needed; I'll temporarily watch here. 16:06, 15 August 2012 (UTC)

AWB
Please be careful; I'm not sure how this edit to the lead sentence of that article seemed logical, so I presume you were just moving fast with an automated tool. Cheers. Kuru (talk) 13:39, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
- I was not moving fast with an automated tool, I just didn't fully read the sentence (I only looked at the typos being fixed to see if they are correct, not the surronding sentences). Pardon my mistake, -- Cheers, Riley Huntley talk No talkback needed; I'll temporarily watch here. 17:35, 16 August 2012 (UTC)

Typo Fixes
Hey, just wanted to thank you for typo fixing with AWB, but you recently typo fixed at Bible translations into fictional languages and those typos are actually intentional and necessary to the content of the page, as bizarre as that might sound. Is there anyway to mark the page for other AWB users to avoid it? GreenRunner0 02:07, 18 August 2012 (UTC)
- You can use Template:Sic with the option to hide. AWB gives off a warning if there is a sic template on the page. However, from the sentence on the page, it is obvious that no change is needed.

Disambiguation link notification for August 19
Hi. When you recently edited Proyecto Tití, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Tote (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
