Request reason:

I have to use web proxies to access the Internet to bypass GFW. Please consider granting my account permission to edit Wikipedia even if I am using proxies, web hosts, VPNs, etc. Thank you for consideration.

Decline reason:

Procedural decline. You were granted the global-ipblock-exempt right by علاء making this request redundant. You should be able to edit now without any problems.

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Additional note: I have also applied for global IPBE since the proxy address I use is also blocked globally.

Request reason:

@Berean Hunter: As clearly stated here, "Please note: Global IP block exemption does NOT make one immune to locally-created blocks of any sort, only global blocks." The IP address of the proxy I use is blocked both locally and globally. For reference, it is blocked locally on enwiki. Yes I have now the global IPBE but I am still being blocked locally on enwiki. I cannot even edit my own user page.--Wzyboy (talk) 17:37, 10 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Accept reason:

I have granted you local IP block exemption. ~Anachronist (talk) 21:36, 10 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom 2020 Elections voter message

edit
Hello! Voting in the 2020 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 7 December 2020. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 02:26, 24 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
