Pending suspension of administrative permissions due to inactivity

edit

Established policy provides for removal of the administrative permissions of users who have not made any edits or logged actions in the preceding twelve months. Because you have been inactive, your administrative permissions will be removed if you do not return to activity within the next month.

Inactive administrators are encouraged to rejoin the project in earnest rather than to make token edits to avoid loss of administrative permissions. Resources and support for reengaging with the project are available at Wikipedia:WikiProject Editor Retention/administrators. If you do not intend to rejoin the project in the foreseeable future, please consider voluntarily resigning your administrative permissions by making a request at the bureaucrats' noticeboard.

Thank you for your past contributions to the project. — JJMC89 bot 00:04, 1 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

Imminent suspension of administrative permissions due to inactivity

Because you have been inactive, your administrative permissions will be removed if you do not return to activity within the next several days.

I hope you're doing well

I miss you, Berean Hunter! :-( I was surprised to see that you were listed as an inactive user and hence were desysopped for inactivity. I hope you're doing well and that you'll return to the project whenever you're ready to do so. I just wanted to leave you a message to let you know that I was thinking about you... ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 06:18, 12 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

I've been watching here for a long time, hoping to see a return. The last that I remember, Dennis Brown said that you were doing well, but just didn't have time to edit. In any case, I join with Oshwah in wishing you well, and hope to see you around again when you are ready. --Tryptofish (talk) 23:13, 12 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
I have been watching for your return as well. I hope you are well. Chaipau (talk) 09:42, 18 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
If you really have left for good, then it's the end of an era, because you have done so much for Wikipedia over so long a time. However, I see that there have been significant breaks in your editing history in the past, one of them for only just short of a year, so maybe you'll be back again. JBW (talk) 18:22, 3 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
I came here after seeing the newsletter. I hope you're well. Like Oshwah, I miss seeing you around. Hopefully we'll cross paths again soon. Happy holidays, TheSandDoctor Talk 19:19, 3 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
  • I noticed your inactivity a while ago, but I didn't realise it was for such a long time. I hope you are doing well IRL, and that you come back soon. Regards, —usernamekiran • sign the guestbook(talk) 20:06, 3 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hopefully, the user will be able to return if they wish to. I can only assume at this point this is a wikibreak of some sort and return like some other Wikipedians such as User:John and other people who did the same as John. Iggy (Swan) (Contribs) 22:22, 2 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
Same here. It's been three years now, and he is still missed. BilCat (talk) 22:00, 31 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
I randomly came across this Wikipedian from another Wikipedian that got suspended for sockpuppetry. Now it's been four years, so a happy four-year inactivity anniversary??? I'm sorry... :< I hope he's doing well. Waterfronteer (talk) 11:28, 8 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
