Dates
editI was just kind of out of it. I started changing the first ones I saw from the November 2, 2009 format to the 2 November 2009, and but then it seemed like most of the stories had the other format and when I checked back a few weeks on a couple features, I found that the November 2, 2009 format was there too, so I just changed them all for consistency. But I was also really tired and didn't really think it through; you're right, that 2 November 2009 format really ought to be the preferred Signpost one (more international, more logical). --ragesoss (talk) 00:04, 4 November 2009 (UTC)
- Sounds good. ÷seresin 00:44, 4 November 2009 (UTC)

editA Request for Comments has been opened concerning the conduct of Rjanag. This follows the suggestion of a number of arbitrators at the Rjanag RfA. I am contacting you because you are mentioned in this RfC, and discussed Rjanag's conduct at the prior RfA and directly with him at two earlier points in time.
The RfC can be found here.

- (a) posting their own view; and/or
- (b) endorsing one or more views of others.
You may certify or endorse the original RfC statement. You may also endorse as many views as you wish, including Rjanag's response. Anyone can endorse any views, regardless of whether they are outside parties or inside parties.

Blu (artist)
editWhy did you delete the page for BLU? He is quite important in the Italian street art scene. He has been recognized by the Tate Modern Gallery in London as an "internationally acclaimed artist... whose work is intricately linked to the urban environment"(http://www.tate.org.uk/modern/exhibitions/streetart/). He has had a book of his work published and been featured in the publication Streetsketchbook created by the graffiti photographer Tristan Manco (who has a wiki page on him). Three of the other artists who were exhibited along with Blu have their own wiki pages (Francisco Rodrigues da Silva - "Nunca", Os Gêmeos and Faile). This, I find, is a highly irritating and inconvenient omission. Please rectify this soon. Good sources for making a page on him include - http://www.tate.org.uk/modern/exhibitions/streetart/, his own website (especially it's blog section) - http://blublu.org/sito/blog/ and he was part of the Italian Fame Festival, so - http://www.famefestival.it/?page_id=6. 124.168.234.126 (talk) 00:08, 22 November 2009 (UTC) An anonymous member of the public

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Smosh. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Smosh (4th nomination). Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.
Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:52, 24 November 2009 (UTC)
Speedily deleted page recreated already
editClimategate (disambiguation) has already been recreated. I've re-nominated it for speedy deletion; could you please salt it this time? -- ChrisO (talk) 19:45, 26 November 2009 (UTC)
- That Protonk! Already got to it. Though for the record I think action against the re-creating user would have been more appropriate than salting. ÷seresin 06:22, 27 November 2009 (UTC)
- Whats up with this Speedily delete/salting business?
- I realize that WP is not a crystal ball however "salting" the page is ridiculous. "Climategate" is a neologism soon to be another Lewinskygate. However a good example of such uses is moneybomb coined in 2007 to describe a grassroots fundraising effort over a brief fixed time period. This word was created in the MSM and is now part of the vernacular--Duchamps_comb MFA 20:57, 26 November 2009 (UTC)
