Battle of Hyderabad (1709) moved to draftspace
An article you recently created, Battle of Hyderabad (1709), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. The article Controversies of Golconda Diamonds has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
WP:INDISCRIMNATE grouping, and not really "controversies". Diamonds get stolen, but that they are also Golconda diamonds is not really relevant (no one sets out to specifically steal Golconda diamonds and not other ones, do they?)
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Fram (talk) 15:58, 5 October 2022 (UTC)

Vanamonde (Talk) 16:01, 11 October 2022 (UTC) Hello Vanamonde, thanks for pointing that out, don't worry, it's due to my professional/work habits it comes out that way, and technical vocabulary depends on the place from where I am writing/using WP like workplace/traveling/home. :)--Omer123hussain (talk) 11:31, 12 October 2022 (UTC)

Edit warring at Hyderabad
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Hyderabad. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. -- Toddy1 (talk) 09:08, 17 May 2023 (UTC)

Introduction to contentious topics
You have recently edited a page related to India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, a topic designated as contentious. This standard message is designed as an introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially-designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practice;
- comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
- refrain from gaming the system.
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.

Quotation at Talk:Hyderabad
Hi. I don't understand why you refuse to provide quotations despite asked by 3 editors (@DrKay, @Toddy1 who engaged in content discussion, later by me who was uninvolved). I'm trying to make another attempt as to understand what's going on and if I'm missing something. Could you explain please? — DaxServer (t · m · e · c) 15:53, 9 August 2023 (UTC)
- Hello, yes you are right you don't understand, that's why you are make false accusation against me. i challenge you to show/prove any instance wherein i mentioned; "i will not provide quotation"?
- Background
- The section where i placed citation was already cited, but i added an additional comprehensive citation, but editor @Toddy1 deleted it with in 1.5 hrs-and gave the reason for deletion is to provide the quotation.[1]
- enquiry
- When i enquired the reason to delete, the editor mentioned the link is not accessible in there region.
- So my question is if you do not find a quotation or if the link is not accessible in your region, are we allowed to delete the citation without intimation or discussion.
- This discussion was going on between us, you and @DrKay approached, meanwhile @DrKay deleted the content with the reason; the old citation which were existing before my edit also do not verify the content, So i find the active link and restored the section. but again @DrKay placed vf tags saying some more text need to be cited as it is not available in citation. But @Toddy1 intervened by deleting the entire section. Though the topic was still under discussion on article talk page.
- So my enquiry with you and all involved editors who are blindly supporting the destructive actions of @Toddy1 are, Is it not overzealous deletion, personal attack or bullying done by @Toddy1,
- If links are not accessible, is it okay to delete the entire section/edits without discussion, as @Toddy1 is proving and you are supporting it.[2]
- Does every source should contain quotation, if yes, then if quotation is not available the section should be deleted, even if its being discussed on talk page.[3]

- I've now finished my copy-edit; despite what I said above, I did check a few sources where I felt I needed confirmation of what the article said. In several cases, I found the listed sources do not support some or any of the cited content; i have marked these texts with {{not in source}} templates, which can be removed once the correct citation has been found or the affected text is removed. My rationales are in my edit summaries. These problems must be fixed before the article is nominated for FA status. I hope you manage to get your block lifted one day.
