Two things
editHi again! I left a few comments at Talk:Simplexity, and the person to talk to about Portal:Thinking is User:The Transhumanist (he might not have it watchlisted, so ask at his talkpage). That's all :) --Quiddity 05:09, 29 April 2007 (UTC)
Thanks. The page really needed a facelift it was getting really long (vertically) and there was some weird self-promotion and external links. I'll send Transhumanist a note.Letranova (talk) 03:57, 23 January 2009 (UTC)
Blocked?
edit- I am being blocked. My user name is Letranova not "Ymous", I also don't know "David Gerard".
- You shouldn't have any problems editing now. Titoxd(?!? - cool stuff) 22:24, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
Little context in List of Mexican philosophers
editHello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on List of Mexican philosophers, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because List of Mexican philosophers is very short providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting List of Mexican philosophers, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. --Android Mouse Bot 2 07:18, 20 May 2007 (UTC)
This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Pseudodementia, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://appneurology.com/showArticle.jhtml?articleId=163100384. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.
This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot 16:14, 12 October 2007 (UTC)
Possible world
editWelcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Possible world, but we cannot accept original research. Original research also encompasses novel, unpublished syntheses of previously published material. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your information. Thank you.--McGeddon (talk) 19:34, 19 January 2009 (UTC)
Portal:thinking
editI made some changes to Portal:Thinking. It's a work in progress - not done. I was advised by Qdiddy to contact you because you may not have the page on the watchlist. Let me know what you think so far. Also, if you'd rather discuss changes on your talk page or at the Portal:Thinking discussion area.Letranova (talk) 04:03, 23 January 2009 (UTC)
- What changes did you make? Looking at the histories of all of a portal's subpages is time consuming (and I'm on a server that takes almost a minute to load the simplest of pages). Please summarize what you did. I look forward to your reply on my talk page. The Transhumanist 19:55, 26 January 2009 (UTC)
Peter Baum (talk) 15:30, 28 June 2013 (UTC) The thinking portal copied and references (via "more") the "thought" page but the "thought" page has changed so that the first part of the thinking portal is now out of date. I would have updated it but did not see how to edit the thinking portal.
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. The article Integrative thinking has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Fails WP:GNG, no WP:SIGCOV, only coverage is promotional in nature and ties back to Martin or Douglas
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. - car chasm (talk) 04:12, 13 May 2023 (UTC)
