Old Fresno Water Tower

- New enough and long enough. Hook is interesting and referenced. No obvious copyvio. Image properly licensed. YOur ref note 2 (National register Information System) links to a database intro page, not relevant information. Searching the database didn't give me any reults, and the page itself links to .exe files that I'm unwilling to run.
