Filamentous carbon

- Length, date, verified. The 1890 part of the hook is mentioned in the article, but it lacks an inline citation; the rest of the hook is verified. All paragraphs have refs; all refs appear to be RS. There's a Harv Error detected in the EL; if you install the User:Ucucha/HarvErrors script, it's easy to see the problem. No apparent copyvio detected. QPQ done.
