I don't think this is eligible. Per WP:DYK: a "new" article is no more than seven days old, and may not consist of text spun off from a pre-existing article and The content with which the article has been expanded must be new content, not text copied from other articles. As this is spin-off from Joe Biden, it isn't eligible in its current form. It would be if promoted to GA status, though. Elli (talk | contribs) 03:44, 29 June 2021 (UTC)
