Brian Ehlers
edit... that Brian Ehlers was just the second repeat winner of being named the Patriot League Men's Basketball Player of the Year?

- Article is well-referenced and well-informed. Hook is decent, but I wonder if this hook is the most interesting of this article. I would suggest a basketball player becoming a current police officer as an alternative hook. However, this tick is a good-faith on the hook. --George Ho (talk) 03:34, 2 November 2012 (UTC)
You know what? I can't wait any longer. While the article has reliable sources and verified information, this nomination needs another hook:
- ALT1 ... that former basketball player Brian Ehlers is now a police officer?
Which one is better: original or ALT1? --George Ho (talk) 15:01, 5 November 2012 (UTC)
- Your ALT1 is definitely better, George Ho. Article is new enough, long enough, well-sourced, no close paraphrasing seen, and well-written. ALT1 hook ref verified. Good to go.
