@NickGibson3900:  I reviewed UR (album) Erick (talk) 14:48, 22 September 2014 (UTC)
  • Full review needed now that QPQ has been supplied. BlueMoonset (talk) 03:08, 7 November 2014 (UTC)
  • New enough, long enough, well referenced, chart is also referenced. The first hook is very catchy; hook ref verified and cited inline. ALT1 is not cited to any source, so I struck it. QPQ done. I did find quite a bit of close paraphrasing in the article, and either rewrote it or put it in quotes. I would just like to note that the last sentence in the first paragraph is not sourced correctly. The references are speaking about the merits of individual nominees, but the page creator has derived from these write-ups an explanation for the basis on which all artists are inducted. This is OR. @Yoninah:, how about this?
  • That's also fine. What are you going to do about the last sentence in the first paragraph? It certainly is important to mention the criteria they use to induct artists. Isn't chart performance also a factor? Yoninah (talk) 23:29, 10 November 2014 (UTC)
@Yoninah: Billboard is pretty vague on how the criteria works. In the inaugural awards, Billboard states it has created the Hall of Fame to pay tribute to musical personalities that have impacted the Latin music industry and it says nothing about chart performance. EDIT: The closest I can find is that "selected by dint of their commercial and critical impact on the Latin music market." It says this in the 2000 awards. Erick (talk) 00:37, 11 November 2014 (UTC)
  • Right. I saw that. I made a small edit in the last sentence of the first paragraph to align the explanation with the sources that you provided. I think it's ok now. Hook ref verified and cited inline. Either the original or ALT2 is good to go; I added a link to ALT2. Yoninah (talk) 10:16, 11 November 2014 (UTC)
Thanks for the review and if I may, I prefer ALT2 to be chosen for the DYK. Erick (talk) 18:05, 11 November 2014 (UTC)
  • No problem (shorter is better!). Yoninah (talk) 19:25, 11 November 2014 (UTC)
