Not really, the Bhuttos and Zardaris are two very different families in the political landscape of Pakistan. Sure, Asif ALi Zardari may have been Benazir's husband, but the Bhuttos have been notable for a much longer time before that. And Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, arguable the main notable figure of the family other than Benazir, died much before Benazir married Zardari and had most likely never even known the Zardaris.
