Yes, SREL is very long gone, but the land and infrastructure were re-purposed as Jefferson Lab. The original building is still there near the middle of the complex, but is is a test and assembly area now; the cyclotron is gone. Qwerty123uiop (talk) 14:26, 17 June 2018 (UTC)
Was this facility originally known as NASA Space Radiation Effects Laboratory at Langley?
editI have some blueprints drawn up in 1962 for the NASA Space Radiation Effects Laboratory, Langley. This seems to have been a single building set in the middle of a forest containing a large cyclotron. Is this building / facility still in operation?
