This article could really use a real-world example of stranded assets not related to the environment. Would assets that are written down because of changes in taste/fashion also be considered "stranded assets" ? I'm thinking of the Hudson's Bay Company's investment in beaver furs, when beaver felt top hats went out of fashion fairly suddenly... The reverts done by Diannaa have been correct, as I indeed copied some text and hadn't reworked all of it to my own words. Still needs to be done and info hereby needs to be reintroduced.
