• Strongly Oppose. State Fiscal Service used to combine two separate agencies one that performed duties of tax revenues collections, while the other administrated state customs functions. • Procedural comment. The creation of State Tax Service of Ukraine has malformed this request, and it should be procedurally closed if not converted to a multi-move request. The proposed location of the article currently at State Tax Service of Ukraine needs to be made explicit in the move request, and there is currently no notification that a move is under consideration at that article.
