Publication Dates.

I’ve just had a brief exchange of comments with the 2000AD on Facebook.

They’ve reminded me that the 13th May date given here, is the cover date, the date newsagents are supposed take something off the shelves: rather than the publication date.

We don't need to change the dates, just provide the cover dates and note what they mean. Richard75 (talk) 11:44, 11 May 2023 (UTC)

Changing one date — for the entry on Planet of the Damned — seems insufficient.

Putting in a note, explaining that the dates given are cover dates, rather than publication date, and possibly explaining the difference, seems a better way for handling things. Cuddy2977 (talk) 12:44, 11 May 2023 (UTC)
