Spip

edit

There was a section on Spip in this article. I have moved it to the Spirou et Fantasio page where it belongs. Thermaland 14:14, 30 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Well, I think both yes and no. While this placement of Spip doesn't feel right (the article isn't called Spirou and Spip), it's awkward that it instead ends up being the only full entry in a character brief on S&F. I propose that we rather do a [[Spirou characters]] with the entire gallery, linking to a {{main|Spirou characters}} from the S&F brief, and redirecting their proper names (ie Spip —> Spirou characters#Spip), at least so we can do away with all the smallest articles, and make a worthwhile long one. How does that seem? MURGH disc. 06:59, 31 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
Good idea. one article for Spirou, one for Fantasio, and one for Spip, Zorglub, Champignac, Seccotine, Itoh Kata, Wiebeling (forgotten the French name :-) ), and the mayor. The Marsupilami and Gaston Lagaffe logically are separate articles as well (should be linked from the "Characters" page probably). Fram 08:32, 31 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
Cool. (Wiebeling?! The Snouffelaire?  :)
I have a draft going at User:Murgh/Spirou charactersection, until it's fit to move. MURGH disc. 18:36, 31 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
As Spip now has a different home, this should be removed again. MURGH disc. 13:11, 6 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Superherobox

Not quite sure what I think of it, but I had a good laugh when I first saw it. Young Spirou as "alter ego" is pretty funny. MURGH disc. 00:08, 11 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Spirou and spip.jpg

edit

Image:Spirou and spip.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

There's no better image than the current? It's historically interesting, but it's very different from the popular more modern versions from Franquin, Tome and Janry or Morvan and Munuera. 惑乱 分からん * \)/ (\ (< \) (2 /) /)/ * (talk) 10:04, 18 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
