Talk:Skinwalkers (2007 film)

2007?

IMDB lists this as a 2006 film - it got its premier at Cannes last year. It is only its US release which is 2007. (Emperor 02:36, 24 January 2007 (UTC))

Just because it's released in the US in 07 doesn't mean it's release date is 07. IMDB wouldn't say it was released in 06 if it wasn't released in 06. IMDB is reliable in this context. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.189.143.237 (talk) 23:15, 10 September 2007 (UTC)

To follow-up, I can not find any information of this film screening at Cannes outside IMDb. I would not doubt this, but it could easily have been a Cannes screening for the film market, not a festival premiere and not a public screening. As I can not find any information on its release here outside IMDb (which we definitely do not use for release dates), I'm seriously questioning its validity.
