There is another page, Saitō Toshikazu, which is likely the same person, given the similarities of names and death year. If this can be confirmed, it should be merged with this one and turned into a redirect. Michitaro (talk) 00:47, 9 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
I've tried looking for evidence that they were the same person and can't find anything. There seems to have been a lot of death amongst the clan that year, so the date of death may well be correlated because of their shared Saitō clan. Given that this is a very stale discussion, and no evidence in 4 years, I'll remove the merge tag. Feel free to replace it should evidence linking them be found.
