Scope of history section
editI have moved details of the early history up until the formation of RAC Motoring Services Ltd to the Royal Automobile Club article because it seems more relevant to that organision which was the legal owner at the time. It also neatly allows us to separate the early formative motoring era from more recent events. I suggest that we treat this organisaion as having been formed in 1978 and add any history relating the period prior to that to RAC club article and all details of all subsequent events to this article.
