I removed the section titled Abuse By Local Officials : diff:[1]
The section contained 3 statements - 1 was unsourced speculation, 1 was unsourced, and the other had a link to a website that appears to be a "news blog". (The "blog" may be more reliable than I'm giving it credit for - I'm unfamiliar with it.) That, however, was incidental to the main reason I removed it. I felt that, before the article, which is basically one of a set of short geographical/facts and figure type articles, had a section like this - which could be perceived as POV or soapboxing, it might be a good idea to get consensus on this discussion page.
