Ideas
edit- This is a good ref to use: http://www.usgamer.net/articles/does-it-hold-up-middle-earth-shadow-of-mordor
- Might want to consider moving this page to just Shadow of Mordor, which I believe best fills the article titles criteria for balancing sufficient identification for the game with length. Also it's what the sources most commonly call the game—outside of the first few mention, what titles even use the part before the subtitle? czar 15:45, 23 December 2015 (UTC)

Looks good. I've never read LoTR so I'll stay away from the lore. JAGUAR 22:37, 16 March 2016 (UTC)
Initial comments
edit- "and the port to OS X and Linux was done by Feral Interactive" - I recommend splitting this into its own sentence
- "Most praise directed at its solid combat" - I don't see any other adjectives being used in the lead to describe reception, so it might be worth cutting this
- "Two post-release downloadable content, namely Lord of the Hunt and The Bright Lord" - why 'namely'?
- "where the player controls a Ranger by the name of Talion" - this isn't capitalised anywhere else
- "who had worked with the Creative Assembly" - no need for "the" (company isn't named that)
- "Allowing players to choose their story (a sandbox-game pillar)" - if it's appropriate, link sandbox game for new readers
- "To depict volcanic activity, the studio sent a team to eastern Washington" - 'Eastern' is capitalised in its article, so I'd use it here
- "According to the game's developer, Nemesis is too large for older consoles" - is this in the correct tense? Shouldn't this be "was"?
- The paragraphs in the Release section are quite short. I'd recommend merging a couple into larger ones
- "obtained a copy of one of the contracts and analysed it in detail" - analyzed (AmEng)
- No dead links
Close - promoted
editRight, after reading through this I can wholeheartedly say this meets the criteria. I don't see any reason to put this on hold, so I'll pass it now. Well done! Looks good for FA to be honest. JAGUAR 22:47, 16 March 2016 (UTC)
