This entry reads to me like a press release. The first substantive paragraph touts Kroenig's selection as one of the "top 25 most-cited political scientists of his generation," which is probably not the information this article should lead with. For reference, before the edits which made these changes, the article started with Kroenig's professional work in the Pentagon, which is likely the thing most readers should know first. (See relevant diff here.)
Much of this entry's current content was written by a user named "MKroenig." Review the version history above to see what I mean. Given it reads like a press release, I think we can assume the user in question is, in fact, Matthew Kroenig -- though this article should change regardless of who wrote it.
