Already released

Mario Tennis Open online is IP locked?

I am hoping this is not original research, but apparently Mario Tennis Open may be the first IP-locked software for the Nintendo 3DS. In other words, the game's online features will not function properly if used in the wrong region setting, that is using the game with a local connection IP that is different from the region you had set up in the System Settings.
