Cover Athlete
editI don't feel this is enough info about Madden 12, but would it ever be possible to write about whose the possible cover athlete on the game. But not to jump to another topic, but would it be possible that Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers appear on the cover. But I'm saying this cause he's the Super Bowl XLV MVP, and the people I talk to say that he will appear. But back on the topic. It would be very great if someone writes at least a paragraph on the cover athlete. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.103.233.214 (talk) 18:41, 19 March 2011 (UTC)
- EA Sports has released no information thus far regarding the possible cover athletes, and here at Wikipedia, we cannot speculate as to who it could be. Eagles 24/7 (C) 00:59, 20 March 2011 (UTC)
What proof is there its coming to PS2?
editI have a hard time believing it is coming to PS2 and not the Wii —Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.83.56.217 (talk) 15:35, 21 March 2011 (UTC)
Hey. What about the Wii, PS2, PSP and 3DS as the other platforms the game will be released on. Here's the proof http://www.ea.com/madden-nfl/buy — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bdhobbs1 (talk • contribs) 05:44, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
Cover athelte "controversy"
editGood work bringing up the bracket to determine who's on the cover of Madden 12. But to say that Maurice Jones-Drew vs. Tebow is the controversy? How about the actual controversy of Michael Vick potentially being on the cover? That's gotten far more press than this Florida thing. 163.231.6.88 (talk) 14:58, 22 March 2011 (UTC)
Peyton Hillis will be on the cover.
editIt was confirmed a few weeks ago that Cleveland Browns RB Peyton Hillis will be the one on the cover, and the front cover box art has already been released. I believe that should be the main picture of this article. For PC, Wii, etc.
editI see no proof in the first reference link that says anything about Madden 12 for anything other than XBOX360 and PS3. Would anyone be able to provide a link that does prove that there will be PC play? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.143.182.141 (talk) 12:00, 11 June 2011 (UTC)
If there is a Wii (or PC or other) version, which Gameplay features that are listed (if any) will actually be included in that version of the game? In past iterations of Madden (Madden 10, for example), the various systems featured drastically different characteristics. (So much so, that it's almost odd that they all share the same name.) --Drewskavich (talk) 19:01, 24 August 2011 (UTC)
Cover Athlete Part 2
editHow Come Cleveland Browns Running Back Peyton Hills get to be on the Cover? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.10.125.238 (talk) 13:42, 13 July 2011 (UTC)
- Because people voted for him, that's why. – PeeJay 19:41, 13 July 2011 (UTC)
- He won a contest on espn.go.com, it was a bracket style vote off with 16 players i think. Could have been 32.Meatsgains (talk) 00:17, 16 October 2011 (UTC)
Hall of Fame Version
editIt seems like theres less than enough detail about whats featured in the Hall of Fame Version of NFC North Battle. Anybody like myself would like more information about the Hall of Fame Edition other than Marshall Faulk appearing on the cover. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.27.233.5 (talk) 01:46, 15 July 2011 (UTC)
- Done I have added details about the Hall of Fame edition. Eagles 24/7 (C) 02:28, 15 July 2011 (UTC)
No "reception"?
editThere is not a "reception" category in this article as in most media out in the market. Maybe they just missed it, but I think that EA made sure that the low ratings M12 received were not here for the world to see. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 201.171.103.8 (talk) 16:46, 21 September 2011 (UTC)
- That's because Friday by Rebecca Black is in the soundtrack. 174.254.55.220 (talk) 19:00, 21 September 2011 (UTC)
