It is incorrect to say this is WP:UNDUE because whether something is due/undue is based on the sum of non-routine reliable sources. There are relatively few reliable sources about this school, and the scandal (bear in mind the convicted is appealing his case, and the United States federal government is not trying to prosecute him in the US) clearly had a long term effect on the institution.
