INVASION by DC Alden

edit

In addition to this fine list of books, there is another work looming over the horizon which I believe is the going to be right up there with the best. The book is called INVASION (author DC Alden) and it deals with a military invasion of Europe by an Islamic superpower. List of authors

edit

I've gone through the list of authors, removing the entries for those who do not meet at least one of the following criteria (a) have a Wikipedia article or (b) have a Wikipedia article about one of their novels, or (c) have their name appear in a news story in a Google News search. Ben Kay, who does not currently meet either of the first two, stays in because he meets (c). -- The Anome (talk) 12:54, 19 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

Fallen Dragon by Peter F. Hamilton

edit

This looks suspiciously like a Science Fiction novel to me, not a Technothriller. As I understand it, Technothrillers have to be near-future and Fallen Dragon is set 400 years in the future with interstellar travel etc. --Irrevenant [ talk ] 09:04, 13 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

Aim of this article

edit

We should try to get this list into table format with (sortable) info on: book title, year, author and main themes or peculiarities of a novel.

Inclusion criteria

edit

List articles with no inclusion criteria tend to become WP:LISTCRUFT pretty quickly. I would recommend as a minimum criterion that we only include books that already have Wikipedia articles. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 12:08, 9 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
