Piano works (Bruckner) → List of piano works by Anton Bruckner – Or List of piano works by Bruckner. The present title looks like a poem title with a disambiguation or some specific score. However, the article is actually the list of the piano works by the composer. George Ho (talk) 23:38, 10 June 2016 (UTC)

• Agree the present reads wrong, it is not a composition like Piano Works (Craig Armstrong album), but oppose in favour of prefer Anton Bruckner's piano works, reflecting the fact that it is a spinout of Anton Bruckner, and it is not a treatment of a general nature of "piano works". Links?

In lists of compositions, a link typically goes to an article of a specific composition. Links to general names such as Minuet and Andante are sort of misleading, and a link to Andante from specific "Andante in so-and-so-key" is misleading twice. Best avoid them all, but at least the second variety. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 12:46, 12 July 2018 (UTC)

A premiere recording of 13 piano works from the Kitzler Study Book

I just have acquired the new CD "Ana-Marija Markovina, Anton Bruckner (1824 - 1896), Piano Works" (Hänssler Classic, HC17054), which contains premiere recordings of 13 piano works from the Kitzler Study Book.

I had previously identified 13 piano works in "Uwe Harten's Handbuch". However four of the works recorded on the CD are different. I have identified two of them via the on-line viewing of the Kitzler Study Book. Consequently I have added these two works to the section "Piano works composed during Kitzler's tuition". I could not yet identify the other two different works ("Duo" and "Thema in F").--Réginald alias Meneerke bloem (To reply) 09:22, 13 July 2018 (UTC)

On Bruckner-online I find - between the "Chromatiche Etüde" (WAB 212) and the "Etüde" (WAB 214) for piano - a "Duo in a-Moll" (WAB 213) for piano, without specification of date. Ana-Marija Markovina premiered 13 piano pieces : Walzer Es-Dur, WAB 224/1; Walzer C-Dur, WAB 224/2; Galopp C-Dur, WAB 239; Menuett und Trio G-Dur, WAB 220; Marsch C-Dur, WAB 217/1; Duo a-Moll, WAB 213; Andante Es-Dur, WAB 211/1; Andante d-Moll, WAB 211/2; Etüde G-Dur, WAB 214; Chromatische Etüde F-Dur, WAB 212; Thema und Variationen G-Dur, WAB 223/5; the Rondo G-Dur, WAB 222/1, with its introducing Adagio F-Dur (p. 105); as well as a Thema F-Dur (p. 90)

Francesco Pasqualotto premiered 10 additional pieces: the second of the Vier Polkas C-Dur, WAB 221; Mazurka a-Moll, WAB 218; Menuett C-Dur, WAB 219; Marsch d-Moll, WAB 217/2; Fantasie d-Moll, WAB 215.1; Fantasie c-Moll, WAB 215.2; Fantasie Es-Dur, WAB 215.3; Fantasie F-Dur, WAB 215.4; as well as an "Übung" C-Dur (p. 30) and Zwei Musikperioden (p.31)

Tedor Pedrov recorded all Vier Polkas C-Dur, WAB 221; premiered 18 other pieces: Marsch F-Dur, WAB 217/3; Rondo c-Moll, WAB 222/2; Rondo d-Moll, WAB 222/3; the first of the Fünf Stücke für Klavier, WAB 216; and 13 other not-numbered pieces.
