How is it done?

How do we handle the next election column in this article, during the time between an election & an inauguration? GoodDay (talk) 17:07, 20 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

"Number of offices" is not number of "statewide elections"

edit

The image of number of statewide elections does not appear to represent the number of statewide elected offices.

For instance, Maryland has four statewide elected officials (Gov, Lt Gov, AG, Comptroller), but is shown as having only two statewide elections.

Likewise, Vermont has six statewide offices: Gov, Lt Gov, Sec of State, AG, Treasurer, and Auditor. It is shown as having one statewide election. This appears true; all are elected to two year terms in odd number years.

I will change the heading of the section. Edward ruggeri (talk) 23:29, 27 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Shouldn’t Maryland have 3 statewide elections then? Gov and Lt. Gov are 1, but then there is AG and Comptroller. Vermont has been properly updated to show 6 statewide elections Hotpotato1234567890 (talk) 15:03, 14 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
