Even though this talk page didn't have the {{GA nominee}} on it, it was nominated for GA at WP:GAN. I've decided to fail the nomination because the body of the text appears to have lots of potential, but it only contains very short paragraphs of 2 or 3 lines. To me, this gives the impression much more can be said here, and thus fails to address the major aspects of the topic in a sufficient way. If these are expanded, I'll be happy to take another look.
