The result of the move request was: no consensus. Jenks24 (talk) 12:05, 24 June 2012 (UTC)
Kansas City Southern (company) → Kansas City Southern – Simplified name. Relisted. Favonian (talk) 22:39, 16 June 2012 (UTC). Svgalbertian (talk) 13:16, 9 June 2012 (UTC)
Support. I think this could be speedied, or simply performed by any editor, since there is no Kansas City Southern (disambiguation) and the target has no history. Non-controversial and no technical intervention required. — P.T. Aufrette (talk) 16:23, 9 June 2012 (UTC)- Oops, I failed to notice that the target page is actually a redirect to a different page, Kansas City Southern Railway, for which Kansas City Southern (company) is the parent company. So it's not so straightforward, and if Kansas City Southern (disambiguation) were created it could list the Railway and its parent company. I'm not sure if the railway or the parent company is more "primary". — P.T. Aufrette (talk) 05:13, 10 June 2012 (UTC)
- I support the above suggestion, create Kansas City Southern (disambiguation) and point the redirect there. --Svgalbertian (talk) 00:13, 17 June 2012 (UTC)
- Oppose; current redirect appears correct. No DAB page is necessary per WP:TWODABS. Powers T 19:50, 19 June 2012 (UTC)

Permission to add new content to page
editHi, there. I believe I have fully disclosed my paid participation on my Lmwiedy user page: https://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/User:Lmwiedy. Please let me know if I need to do anything else.
As of now, I would like to add the following sections to the Kansas City Southern (company) page with the necessary citations. All of the Kansas City Southern pages (Kansas City Southern Railway, Kansas City Southern de México, etc.) were created years ago and need to be updated. We were approached by an independent consultant who noted the need to update the pages and offered to update the content for a fee, but we decided to take on the updating ourselves--especially since we at Kansas City Southern have the copyrights to the images we need to update.
If you can add the following content, please do. If it's okay for me to add, I will as soon as I get the word. Thank you!
Below are the sections I'd like to add to https://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Kansas_City_Southern_(company) following the History entry:
