Privitor la tezele rasiale, despre care s-a vorbit mult la această reuniune, Moţa a răspuns, de la tribună, cu Hitler de faţă şi vorbind cu patos (ceea ce l-a înfuriat foarte tare pe cancelarul german, care a cerut să nu mai fie niciodată invitat în Germania), spunând(;): «Rasismul este forma cea mai vulgară de materialism. Oamenii nu se deosebesc prin carne, sânge sau culoarea pielii. Ei se deosebesc prin spirit, adică prin creaţia, cultura şi religia lor» (The Rasism is the worst case of materialism that can be descrribed. People can't tell apart from their flesh, blood and skin color. The only distinction they make is that one of the spirit,meaning through their own cretion, culture and religion). Această idee, care a fost relevată în multe din articolele lui Moţa, nu a înlesnit coexistenţa dintre legionari şi nazişti. De aceea există speculaţii că Ion Moţa ar fi fost lichidat...”(ibidem, pag. 336, 337) despre Ion Moţa in Secretul Sabiei de Foc
