I'm going to fail this immediately. There's a lot of good information here, but this is not an article; it's a collection of lists. There is also uncited material -- most of the "Anti-money laundering" section, for example, and much of the "Bullion regulation" section. The lists are full of useful information that I can see needs to be in the final article but the article should explain to the reader what the overall status and history is, and give most of the information in narrative form.
This is a gigantic topic, and I think it's going to be extremely difficult to get it to GA level without a great deal of work. If you're interested in continuing to work in this area, I would suggest starting by picking one sub-area that is more manageable, such as financial services licensing regulations, and writing an article on that. Frankly that's not going to be easy, but it will give you experience with what it takes to get an article to GA. Mike Christie (talk - contribs - library) 14:44, 24 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
