Esso Fawley oil refinery death

- An oil refinery worker who died following an incident at an Esso plant in Hampshire has been named. Anthony McGowan, 57, of Ebbw Vale, south-east Wales, died at Southampton General Hospital after the incident at the Fawley facility, near Southampton.

Fawley oil refinery
