Time and Time Again
editDev-Em participated of "Time and Time Again" in the Superman books, shortly before the first Doomsday appearance. The current version of the article claims that he had no post-Crisis appearances. I think that should be corrected. Luis Dantas 01:49, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Dev-EmPostCrisis.JPG
editImage:Dev-EmPostCrisis.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
Kryptonite
editDarkknight2149 reverted my spelling "kryptonite" with a lower-case "k", with the comment, "I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be capitalised". Respectfully, Darkknight2149, you are mistaken. There was a dispute over this issue at the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice article, and in the end it was decided that "kryptonite" is indeed spelled with a lower-case "k". Words in English normally begin with lower-case letters, so it is up to you to explain why an exception should be made here. FreeKnowledgeCreator (talk) 02:12, 4 September 2016 (UTC)
- @FreeKnowledgeCreator: I stand corrected then. I was under the impression that it was capitalised because the name of Krypton is capitalised. DarkKnight2149 02:23, 4 September 2016 (UTC)
- It's not a crucial issue, Darkknight2149, and I am not aware of any specific style guide dealing with it. Nonetheless, I would suggest that it should be a lower-case "k" unless there is a clear reason for having an upper-case "K". FreeKnowledgeCreator (talk) 02:25, 4 September 2016 (UTC)
