Actually, the second picture shows the sarcophagus of Christian's mother, Louise of Great Britain. His wife, Caroline Matilda of Wales, was exiled and is buried in Celle. Favonian (talk) 11:44, 2 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

debauched by corrupt pages

edit

what does this mean? Totorotroll (talk) 11:22, 5 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

I agree. I checked the German and Danish versions and found nothing similar, so I removed this part of the sentence. DBlomgren (talk) 01:09, 2 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

===The doctor was abusing medical Powers and was sexually active. If it had not beem active to a former Christian purging the countries of communism, he may not have been mentally ill.74.82.228.84 (talk) 04:53, 10 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Political infestation

edit

"He became submissive to the progressive and radical thinker Johann Friedrich Struensee, his personal physician" this sounds like Neo-fascism — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gerard J Cerchio (talkcontribs) 03:28, 25 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

Image overload

edit

The best thing for these articles is expand upon their texts and information not to plaster every single free space with images and galleries. I have never seen two galleries in an article. It is not even encouraged to use galleries except on the wiki commons. His daughter and son's articles are more reasonably illustrated with only two images in addition to ones on their infoboxes--The Emperor's New Spy (talk) 15:25, 12 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Heir presumptive?

edit

The text says that at the time of his birth "hopes were high for the future of the new heir presumptive", but also that his older brother had already died. In which case was he not an heir apparent? Or am I missing something? William Avery (talk) 17:17, 21 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Repetition

edit

This article repeats itself in a number of places, mainly about him being "nominally king" and about his mental illness. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.238.104.141 (talk) 18:39, 15 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
