Enough signatures were gathered to qualify a presidential ticket in Washington State, so the Cascade Party of Washington (CPW) is a now a bona fide political party in WA. Since they will in all likelihood get less than 5% of the vote, they will be a minor party in WA. Under current Wash. Admin. Code § 434-208-130 (1) , CPW will need to requalify as a WA political party again next presidential cycle.
The WA Secretary of State approved Cascade Party of Washington's request to not appear on the November 2024 ballot.
The correct spelling of the 2024 VPOTUS candidate's last name is Carroll (two l's).
