I created this article here because this is the title that was found in the Thirty Years War battles box. However, I think this article should be moved to the Battle of Wolfenbüttel page (without the date), because there is no other Battle of Wolfenbüttel that I know of. Support: Being curious, I did Google Books searches for 'First Battle of Wolfenbüttel' and for 'Second Battle of Wolfenbüttel' with zero hits each time. Also, substituted 1st and 2nd for first and second with the same results, no hits. Itsfullofstars (talk) 05:14, 11 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
Support: The "First Battle of Wolfenbüttel" was an Imperial siege in 1627. There were two sieges, in 1627 (successful) and 1641 (not successful despite defeat of the relief force in the actual battle). Both sieges lack an article (in the German version, they share a common article as Schwedendamm). The correct titles for the sieges would be "Siege of Wolfenbüttel (1627)" and "Siege of Wolfenbüttel (1641)", an actual battle only happened once. --Palastwache (talk) 11:18, 17 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
