African American population

Is it true that the demographics of Baraga are 29.4% African American? This seems high for a small village in the U.P. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Fultie771 (talk • contribs) 22:03, 10 January 2017 (UTC)

Reading with the commas the number is BEFORE the attribute so the area is 0.16% African American. FullScale4Me (talk) 02:47, 15 January 2022 (UTC)
