Image caption
editThe image caption for the image with the commemoration stone says that it commemorates the opening of the visitor centre by Prince Charles whereas on the stone one can read "the visit of HRH The Princess Royal" which would be his sister Anne. Can anybody clarify this? --78.52.117.8 (talk) 00:10, 21 February 2017 (UTC)

Article name
editHaving recently visited this site I was surprised to see the article named "Banna", as nowhere at the site had I read this! Judging by the literature used I think WP:COMMONNAME would dictate the article be named Birdoswald. That name is currently used for the article on the farm that is inside the fort, somewhat confusingly. My suggestion would be to move this article to "Birdoswald" and the current article of that name to "Birdoswald (farm)". Those with more time on their hands might consider merging the two! Input from others most welcome... Pickersgill-Cunliffe (talk) 18:06, 30 July 2024 (UTC)
